It doesn't end with the signing of the cooperation agreement.
If you’re not working with a certified agency, our experienced project manager will guide you through the onboarding process. They’ll be available to you from day one, help with implementation, and ensure that every step goes smoothly and according to plan. We’ve completed hundreds of implementations and know how to handle many of the pitfalls.
If you have your own agency, you don’t have to worry about losing our oversight. We assign a project manager to every client in this case as well—however, the collaboration is managed by the agency with which we’ve established a clear workflow and processes. Our support thus remains active at all times, and all configuration and development take place under expert supervision.
Top-Notch Support for free
Our support is free for all clients and is officially available every business day from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The support team is made up of people who truly know Targito—so well, in fact, that even our internal team turns to them when they need a quick consultation. And if an issue is beyond the scope of our support, we forward it directly to the developers so the problem can be resolved as quickly as possible.
And between us… even if you text them outside of office hours, they’ll often get back to you anyway. Just please don’t tell them we let you in on this.
SEAMLESS INTEGRATION
Targito easily integrates with your tools—your e-shop, CRM, ERP, analytics, and advertising systems. Data flows in both directions in real time. This gives you a constantly up-to-date overview of your customers’ behavior, allowing you to respond quickly. Implementation is fast, secure, and supported by our team.
Regular consultations included in the license price
Each license includes one hour of regular consultation per month with your project manager. We know that keeping up with the latest news, discovering new Targito features, and constantly coming up with ideas for campaigns can be challenging. That’s why these regular consultations are designed to help us work together to identify new opportunities, refine strategies, and help you get the most out of Targito. It’s our way of letting you know that you’re not in this alone.

We have vetted agencies that have been working with Targit for a long time and that we can recommend with confidence. To ensure they remain reliable partners for our clients, we regularly train them, share updates with them, and help them maintain high standards of work.
Do you have a favorite agency that isn't yet a partner? That's not a problem. Just let us know, and we'll provide your agency with thorough training and continue to offer regular training so it can use Targito safely and effectively.
And if working with an agency isn't the right approach for you and you prefer to handle things on your own, that's no problem. We also have our own team of specialists who can assist you directly.
