Signing the cooperation is not the end.
If you are not working with a certified agency, our experienced project manager will guide you through the onboarding process. They will be available to you from day one, helping with implementation and ensuring that all steps go smoothly and according to plan. We have completed hundreds of implementations and know how to solve many of the pitfalls.
If you have your own agency, you don't have to worry about losing our oversight. We assign a project manager to each client in this case as well—however, the collaboration is managed by the agency with which we have established a clear rhythm and processes. Our support thus remains active, and all settings and development take place under expert supervision.
The best support for free
Our support is free for all clients and officially operates every working day from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The support team consists of people who really know Targito — so much so that even our internal team turns to them when they need quick advice. And when it comes to something that is beyond the scope of support, we pass it on directly to the developers so that the problem can be solved as quickly as possible.
And between us... if you write outside of official hours, they will often catch you anyway. Just please don't tell them we told you that.
PROBLEM-FREE INTEGRATION
Targito easily connects to your tools - e-shop, CRM, ERP, analytics and advertising systems. Data flows bi-directionally in real time. So you always have an up-to-date overview of your customer's behaviour and can react quickly. Implementation is fast, secure and supported by our team.
Regular consultations included in the license price
Each license includes one hour of regular consultation per month with your project manager. We know that keeping up with news, discovering new Targit features, and constantly coming up with ideas for campaigns can be challenging. Regular consultations therefore serve to help us find new opportunities together, fine-tune strategies, and help you get the most out of Targit. It's our way of confirming that you're not alone.
Support for partner agencies
We have verified agencies that have been working with Targit for a long time and that we can recommend with a clear conscience. To ensure that they are reliable partners for our clients, we regularly train them, share news with them, and help them maintain high standards of work.
Do you have a favorite agency that is not yet a partner? That's no obstacle. Just let us know and we will thoroughly train your agency and continue to educate them regularly so that they can operate Targito safely and effectively.
And if working with an agency isn't the right path for you and you prefer to handle things yourself, that's no problem. We also have our own team of specialists who can help you directly.
