Avatar – key segments under the microscope
An avatar in Targit is a special segment of customers that you can track over the long term. They group customers with similar behavior, purchase history, or preferences and allow you to track how these groups evolve over time.
They work directly on data in Targito CDP in real time, without the need for exports or other BI tools. Avatars can also be used for targeted campaigns and automation, so they are not only useful for analysis, but also for better reaching key customer groups.
Typically, they can represent VIP customers, specific groups with a common interest (e.g., athletes), or other commercially important segments. In practice, they function as data-driven marketing personas that can be worked with over the long term.
Flexible BI reporting
The data in Targito is yours, which is why we strive to make it as accessible as possible for you to use. That is why we chose Snowflake as the "brain" of Targito, which allows you to easily connect all your data to your own BI tools and integrate it into your existing reporting. Whether you work with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or another solution, Targito adapts to your BI ecosystem.
Targit also includes an integrated Metabase module, which allows you to create complete BI directly in the Targit environment. You can compile your own reports, dashboards, and analytical views of customer data without the need for additional integration or external tools.
At the same time, we support cooperation with partners who can build their analytical outputs and reports directly on top of Targit data. This allows you to choose the way of working with data that best suits your processes — whether you use your own BI, integrated tools, or a combination of both.
AI insights that show the next step
To make decision-making even easier, Targito AI also helps with analytics. Based on data, it highlights interesting patterns, changes in behavior, or opportunities to improve campaigns. Instead of manually browsing through reports, you get specific insights that guide you to the next steps.
