We process your personal data for reasons established by law, for the purpose of fulfilling a contract or on the basis of our legitimate interest. If the processing of personal data is not for either of these reasons, then we will ask for your consent.

Administrator of your personal data is the company Targito.com, s.r.o. As the administrator we determine how your personal data will be processed and for what purpose, for how long and we select any other processors who will help us with the processing.

Scope and purpose of processing

We process personal data that you share with us, in order to fulfill the purpose of providing the service, fulfillment of the contract, organization of webinars and seminars. Data we collect:

  • name and surname,
  • contact information (mainly e-mail, phone number),
  • amount of e-mail contacts in your database
  • name of your websites or e-shops
  • invoice / billing information and banking connection (information necessary for accounting and making payments for provided services),
  • information, that you share within communication with us (mainly regarding questions from you and answers to your questions, communication with you),
  • IP address,
  • cookies,
  • possibly other data depending on the provided services

Targito’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Websites. We process information about when you visit and browse our websites. Information can include e.g. IP address, date and time of accessing the website, information about your internet browser, operating system or language settings. We can also take a look at your behavior history on the websites, e.g. which links on our website did you visit and which offered services are shown to you. Information about your behavior on the web is pseudonymized to ensure maximum privacy.

If you access our websites from a mobile phone or similar device, we can also process information about your mobile device (data about your mobile phone etc.)

We can gather these data as part of a protocol or with the use of cookies or other technologies used for tracking.

Cookies are used for the following purpose:

  • function of websites,
  • tracking website visits and creating statistics that pertain to visits and customer behavior on the websites
  • target marketing.

We consider the use of cookies to measure website visits and adjusting displaying of websites as a legitimate interest, as we believe that thanks to this we can offer you even better services.

Websites can also be used in a regime that does not not allow collecting information about behavior on websites. Cookies that are essential for the web to function will be preserved only for the time necessary for functioning of the web. Consent fulfills defining signs of consent based on article 4 point 11 of GDPR: Is voluntary, specific, informational and clear.

If you object to the processing of technical cookies necessary for the functioning of the website, the full functionality and compatibility of the website cannot be guaranteed.

Cookies that are collected for the purpose of measuring the websites traffic and creation of statistics considering the traffic and behavior of customers on the website, are assessed in the form of a collective whole and in a pseudonymized form, which allows the identification of an individual only when a significant and professional effort is made.

This does not take effect, if you registered on the website through a sign up form and information that we obtain from your website visit correspond with the information that you shared with us in relation to such registration or when signing the contract regarding the use of our product that is the platform Targito. In that case, we are able to pair these data. Even so, we access them in accordance with legal obligations to protect personal data.

Cookies for target marketing will be processed based on your consent. Our websites can be browsed in such a regime that does not allow collecting personal information. You can block the use of cookies on your computer.

Cookies are furthermore processed based on the purpose by the following processors:

Google Analytics services, operated by the company Google Inc., headquarters based at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Collected cookie files are then processed by the company Google Inc., in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Facebook Pixel service, operated by the company Facebook Inc., headquarters based at 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA. Collected cookie files are then processed by the company Facebook Inc., in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Personal information collected automatically or through contractors. We can process personal data from public sources, from our contractors and mutually combine them with personal data that are voluntarily provided.  

Personalized advertisements. We cooperate with third parties, to manage and display our advertising on third party websites. 

Contests and other promotional events. We can perform research, organize competitions or other promotional activities on our websites. Your attendance in our promotional activities is voluntary. Within these researches, competitions and promotional activities we can ask for your personal information, e.g. name and surname, address, date of birth, phone number, e-mail address, username and similar information. Personal information that you share with us, will be used to manage these promotional activities or for other purposes, if it is mentioned in the conditions of that specific promotional activity.

Social networks. We have a profile on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn. All information, communication and materials that are provided through the social media platforms, are also provided in accordance with the personal data processing policies of these platforms.

Registration for subscribing to company communication (newsletter). If you subscribe to our newsletters, we will send you interesting information from the area of e-mail marketing and our platform Targito. You can also cancel receiving these emails, by clicking on the unsubscribe link, that is in each of these newsletters.

Communication with customer support or other questions. If you have contacted us by email, telephone or through a contact form on our websites or our social media, we process your personal data for the purpose of processing the query. 

Webinars and other events. We organize webinars, seminars and other events. We process your personal information that you fill out in the order form. This information is processed for the purpose of fulfilling the contract, that is your attendance at the event. On some of our offline events, we take photo documentation or video recording. Photographs are used in promotional materials, mainly on the website. Video recording is provided for online attendees to watch. Within these materials you will never find the names of attendees, only if it would be a reference, based on consent. If you would not like to be recorded, please let us know before hosting the live event.

If you have signed up for our webinar or different event, you also give consent for sending company information (newsletters).

Interest in employment. We advertise job vacancies on our website and also the option to register at our company, in the case of future vacancy or creation of appropriate job vacancy. We process all personal information that you provide us by filling out appropriate forms for the purpose of fulfilling this kind of created contractual relationship.

We retain your personal data for the duration of the statute of limitations, unless the law stipulates a longer period for their retention or we have not stated otherwise in specific cases.

Providing personal information to third parties

Our employees and co-workers are bound by confidentiality and are trained in the security of personal data processing.

We only use vetted processors with whom we have a written contract, and who provide us with at least the same guarantees as we provide you. It is only processors that are from the European Union or with whom we already have closed standard contractual clauses consistent with article 46 of GDPR and which provide a comparable level of security to your personal information as when using GDPR nd Czech legal regulations.

We protect personal data in the maximum possible measures with the help of modern technologies which correspond to the level of technical development. We have adopted and maintained all available technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, damage or destruction of your personal data.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your personal data and request a correction, change, deletion or limiting the processing of personal data where it is inaccurate or has been processed in violation of applicable personal data protection laws. You have the right to the portability of personal data, the right to object to the processing of personal data, the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data and the right not to be subject to automated individual decision-making, including profiling.

You have the right to information, which is already fulfilled by this information page with the principles of personal data processing. Thanks to the right of access, you can contact us at any time and we will provide you with evidence within the legal deadline, what personal data we process and why.

Right to limit data processing, can be applied if you suggest that we process your inaccurate data, suggest that we carry out processing against the law, but you do not want to delete all of your data, or if you have raised an objection against processing. You can limit the extent of personal information or processing purposes.

You have the right to raise an objection if you believe that we are processing personal data unlawfully.

Right for portability

If you would like to take and transfer your personal data somewhere else, we will proceed in the same way as when exercising the right of access, except that we will provide the information to you in a machine-readable form.

Right for deletion (be forgotten)

You have a right for deletion (be forgotten). In that case we will erase all of your personal data from our system and from the systems of all sub-processors and backups.

In some cases we are bound with the legal obligation, e.g. we need to register issued tax documents for the period specified by law. In this case, we will delete all such personal data that are not bound by another law. We will notify you by email when the deletion is complete.

Complaint at the Office for Personal Data Protection

Unsubscribing from receiving newsletters and business information

We send you emails with inspiration, articles, products or services if you are our client or if you have attended one of our webinars or other events, based on our legitimate interest.

In other cases (e.g. registration for subscription to news) we send you these emails only based on your consent. 

In all cases you can cancel the subscription to our emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in all of the received emails.

Conclusion

This personal data processing policy can only be changed in writing. Users will be informed about this through our website, newsletter or email.
