Maintaining a perfect level of service for our clients is significant for us, which is why we carefully select candidates to become part of our team. A resume (CV) filled with a list of work and personal achievements is great, but it is not the only deciding factor for us. If we feel that one does not share the values we hold at Targito, that person will not become a part of our team. However, we do not want to discourage anyone, quite the contrary. Everyone has the same chance, both the ones who have years of experience and the ones who have just left school and are looking for the first opportunity to show and develop their skills.
We could list here the reasons why you should work for us. It would start with the standard phrase “we offer work in a dynamically growing environment” and end with the pointing out the “attractive workspaces in the center of Prague”. If you’re in the process of looking for a job, you’ve probably read the same-sounding phrases in about 50 other ads in just one day.
